Walnut Crumb Crust

Ingredients:
1 cup Fine graham cracker crumbs or gingersnap wafer crumbs
1/2 cup Chopped walnuts
1/4 tsp Salt
1/4 cup Soft butter
1 Tbsp  Honey

Mix all the ingredients and press into 9" pie pan. Bake in moderate over about 6 minutes. Cool before adding the pie filling. Delicious base for cream pies or pumpkin pie.

World's Best Pie Crust

Put in large mixing bowl: 
4 cups of nnsifted Gold Medal flour
1 tbsp Sugar
1 tsp Salt

Add:
1 3/4 cups  Crisco

Blend with a pastry blender or fork.
Add all at one time:
1/2 cup  Cold water
1 Egg
1 tbsp Vinegar

Mix gently into a soft ball. This recipe makes 5 pie shells.
