World's Best Pie Crust

World's Best Pie Crust

Put in large mixing bowl: 
4 cups of nnsifted Gold Medal flour
1 tbsp Sugar
1 tsp Salt
Add:
1 3/4 cups  Crisco

Blend with a pastry blender or fork.
Add all at one time:
1/2 cup  Cold water
1 Egg
1 tbsp Vinegar

Mix gently into a soft ball. This recipe makes 5 pie shells.
